Program Details:  The partnerships between child welfare staff, foster/adoptive families, and biological families help to ensure safety, permanency, and well-being for children.  Building effective relationships is the foundation for these partnerships.  This training supports relationship building with team members by helping social service professionals define and practice relationship building skills and understand both the concept of parallel process in relationships and the importance of reflection.
