Cost: Registration is $85 for NASW Members, $115 for Non-NASW Members. Registration

the day of the course is $95 for NASW Members and $139 for Non-NASW members. For only a

half-day, it costs $50 for NASW members and $70 for Non-NASW members (*NOTE: Half-day 

attendees receive only 3 CE credits).  There is a $10 processing fee for CE certificates.

Description:  Our morning seminar on PTSD will be to familiarize participants with

the theories of causes, symptoms and treatment of PTSD.  Following lunch on site, the afternoon

program will explore the sources of distress for social workers that may inhibit functioning or

causing secondary trauma - how to recognize it as different than burnout and how to get help for it.
