Build an Action Plan to Create or Transform Your Private Practice

It’s Never Too Late to Build or Transform Your Psychotherapy Practice. Are you starting a private practice? Do you want to expand your current practice?  Are you unsure about where to invest your time and money promoting your practice?  Are you puzzled about how to use social media in your practice?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, consider attending Build an Action Plan to Create or Transform Your Private Practice workshop.  This is a practical, hands-on, one-day workshop designed to give you tools necessary to build or transform your private practice.  You’ll:

  • Create your personal action plan using practical marketing strategies aimed at referrers and the public
  • Generate a targeted list of referral sources
  • Determine what works and doesn’t work when marketing your practice
  • Design a social media marketing strategy
  • Apply an innovative tool to assess the impact of your marketing effort

Gail Guttman, LCSW, conducts this workshop using the business and marketing knowledge and skills developed by Gail and Gwen Pearl over the past 30 years. Evan Leepson, MSW, MBA, co-leader, has been helping health care professionals, psychotherapists and business owners grow and improve their businesses for many years.  At the workshop, you’ll receive a workbook to guide you through the process of reaching your private practice goals.

Copies of Evan Leepson, MBA book will be available to purchase on site for $25:
